Our Members are the equivalent of shareholders (although of course they do not make any money out of our work). They play an important role in overseeing the work of our Trustees and our financial security.

Our Trustees are accountable for all aspects of our work, including the performance of every one of our academies.

Our Executive Leadership Team can be seen below. Click on each member of the team to view a short biography.

Graham Feek

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

I have spent the past 30 years or so working across a number of large public sector bodies and organisations in senior management and director positions, the past 20 of these being within the Childrens’ services and education sectors.

Like many of the young people in our academies, I left school not having a clue what I wanted to do, somehow becoming a qualified accountant, which ultimately gave me the opportunity to move into broader senior leadership roles in resource and operational areas.

I have led large unitary authorities’ planning and implementation of 100’s of million pounds of revenue and capital budgets and programmes. As a Director in Children’s Services, I ran a £250m Building Schools for the Future Programme, developing strategy and delivering a once in a generation programme of change.  I have led large teams having authority wide responsibility for School Reorganisations, Estates, H&S, Admissions and professional and operational services to over 120 schools.

I have held previous and current non-executive director positions in companies and organisations tasked with delivering public value and positively impacting local communities. I have represented many of my previous employers at a national level.

I would like to think that my life experiences and background gives me a good insight into the challenges that many young people have in order for them to be able to thrive in the future and be the best they can be. This continues to provide me with the motivation and desire to do all we can ensure they do!
