Ensuring the provision of high quality education for all pupils

Our academy improvement strategy is led by two highly experienced Chief Education Officers, Sarah Mills and Annette Montague.

Each phase (primary, secondary and special) has an associated Improvement Framework that sets out clearly the support, opportunities and challenge provided to academies.  Our work is underpinned by 3 key features:

1. Developing capacity and expertise in leaders and practitioners
2. Ensuring ambitious and sustainable academy-level improvement
3. Delivering high quality, informative quality assurance
